These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and plus88 ("plus88", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://plus88.cam and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered thereon.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on plus88. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different personal details, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balances therein.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and throughout the life of your Account. plus88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of the information provided. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify plus88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. plus88 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
Before processing any withdrawal, plus88 may require you to complete a KYC verification process. This may include submission of a government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
plus88 accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM30, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. The maximum single deposit amount is RM30,000.

Members may request a withdrawal of real-money funds from their Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real-money funds. The applicable multiplier will be stated on the specific promotion page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time frame specified; uncompleted requirements will result in forfeiture of the associated Bonus Funds.
plus88 reserves the right to void any bonus and/or associated winnings, and to suspend or close an Account, if there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts, or exploiting technical errors in the promotion system.
The plus88 VIP Programme operates across six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal Black Diamond. Tier advancement is based on qualifying monthly turnover. plus88 reserves the right to adjust the VIP tier structure, tier thresholds, and associated benefits at any time with reasonable notice to affected Members.
plus88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect promotions already claimed and in progress at the time of modification.
All wagers placed on plus88 are subject to the Game Rules applicable to the specific game or betting market in question. Game Rules are accessible within each game or betting section on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific Game Rules, the specific Game Rules shall prevail with respect to matters of game play, payout calculation, and settlement.
Minimum and maximum stake limits are set for each game or market and are displayed within the game interface. plus88 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
A wager may be declared void in circumstances including: cancellation of the relevant event, manifest error in the odds or game settings, technical malfunction during gameplay, or where the bet was placed in contravention of these Terms. In the event of a void bet, the original stake will be returned to the Member's Account Balance.
In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, plus88 will investigate the matter and, at its discretion, either honour the result, declare the bet void, or take such other remedial action as is fair and reasonable in the circumstances. plus88 is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the plus88 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, Balance forfeiture, and/or reporting to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Content obtained from the Platform without the prior written consent of plus88. Unauthorised use of any Content may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property rights and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, plus88, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or losses arising from interruption of service or Platform unavailability.
plus88's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
plus88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and plus88 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
plus88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, plus88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by publishing a notice on the Platform or by direct communication to registered Members via email or in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team.
The date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were last updated. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and commercial law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to plus88's internal dispute resolution process via the support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) days of submission, the parties may seek resolution through appropriate legal channels in the jurisdiction applicable to the Platform's operating entity. plus88 will engage in good faith to resolve all Member disputes promptly and fairly.
Nothing in this clause shall be construed as limiting a Member's statutory consumer rights under the laws of their jurisdiction of residence.
